This app puts your pump right at your fingertips on your smartphone, making daily management simpler and more seamless.
What the app lets you do
With the app, you will be able to:
- Deliver or cancel an insulin bolus directly from your phone (e.g., at mealtime).
- Track your glucose trends over the past 24 hours, view pump status changes, and see details of your insulin therapy, including basal, bolus, and suspension events.
- Receive pump alerts and alarms in real time.
- Automatically upload your data to the cloud-based Tandem Source platform, no cables needed.
And of course, you can continue to manage your insulin pump as you always have, either directly on the pump or via the app, according to your preference.

The Tandem t:slim mobile app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store of compatible devices.
