About

What is Support?

Support is an online training platform for people living with type 1 diabetes and healthcare professionals in Canada. It was created for scientific research purposes by researchers and healthcare professionals specialized in type 1 diabetes from the BETTER project.

It is available for scientific studies aimed at integrating it into healthcare. The following people could be eligible:

Young people aged 14 to 16 living with type 1 diabetes whose doctor works in one of the participating clinics.
All adults living with type 1 diabetes in Canada.
All healthcare professionals working with people living with type 1 diabetes in Canada.
